The reasons why we do what we do
Hopelessly addicted to the long and at times frustrating wait for the eventual bloom, here is a variety of home grown florals photographed to bring out their natural beauty in an artistic fashion.
Take an exotic flower, add a pinch of natural lighting, a touch of texture. Shake it well in Photoshop. Serve with panache. Half the fun is growing the flowers - which I do - and the other half is taking the picture. If you make a mistake you have to wait a whole year for another bloom!
